Ten-odd units, which had already finished their waterway tunneling projects for the power station, have waged a campaign for helping other units.

The Ministry of Public Security brigade completed its construction task until the end of March and dispatched its labor force to six other construction units to help with their waterway tunneling projects.

Soldier-builders of the Korean People's Army have helped other units in the projects for carrying muck and covering.

The same is true of the Pyongyang Municipal brigade, the Kangwon Provincial brigade, the Nampho Municipal brigade and other construction units.
