The completion of such building projects contributes to training teacher reserves and educating the future generation, making all the people well versed in science and technology and supplying the schoolchildren with new types of uniforms in good time.

The inaugural ceremonies of the college, the library and the factory, built thanks to the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, were held on June 11 and 12.

Present there were Mun Kyong Dok, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Yong Chol, chairman of the provincial people's committee, and officials, builders, teaching staff, students and working people in the province.
