Thanks to its enhanced role, the plans for sci-tech measures adapted to the specific features of all regions and areas were worked out and popularized, and lots of advanced farming methods and technology applied to provide a sci-tech guarantee for the growth of agricultural production.

In cooperation with hundreds of scientists dispatched to all the rural areas, the team learned about the technical problems arising in growing earlier crops and doing farm operations and drew up plans for sci-tech measures to cope with them.

It also solved scores of technical problems in close cooperation with scientific institutes and universities.

It provided technical guidance and assistance so that the relevant areas could produce various fertilizers in a qualitative way.

A lot of agricultural scientists gave technical lectures on sci-tech problems arising in overcoming the effect of disastrous abnormal weather and hastening the growth of crops at more than 100 agricultural guidance organs and farms in order to improve the technical and practical skills of agricultural officials and workers.

Universities and scientific institutes have conducted the work to introduce superior farming methods and technology into reality and produce and provide products based on the advanced agricultural science and technology.
