The Ministry of Culture helped the Mokgam Farm in Thaethan County to furnish the room dedicated to the history of the farm and contributed to face-lifting the dwelling houses in the farm while providing visual aids needed for the hall of culture and youth school.

Many units, including the Rodong Sinmun, the State Commission of Science and Technology and the Central Public Prosecutors Office, have played a big role in carrying out the urgent farming processes.

The North Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee and Sariwon Kang Kon University of Medicine helped the Wongyo Farm in Singye County and the Migok Farm in Sariwon City sow corn, apply leaf additional fertilizer and weed fields and dredged ditches in more than 3,000-meters-long sections, rearranged ditches and constructed more than 200 square meters of retaining walls.

Officials and working people of the Maritime Transport Management Bureau of the Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport, the Central Court, the Central Medicament Management Office under the Ministry of Public Health, the Printing Factory of the Phyongbuk Ilbo and the Anju City Raw Materials Base Station have rendered sincere assistance to the rural areas.
