Speeches were made at the seminars attended by personages of the governments, political parties and organizations and popular masses of those countries.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) said that Leader Kim Jong Il set forth the Juche idea as the only guiding idea of the WPK and built the Party into the leader's Party both in name and reality. General Secretary Kim Jong Un, who has carried forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung and Leader Kim Jong Il, is developing the WPK into the Party serving the people and the revolutionary and struggling Party.

The participants including personages of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement and the Uganda-DPRK Friendship Association praised Kim Jong Il's immortal exploits for Party building.

Personages of the Communist Party of Australia and the Australia-DPRK Association for Friendship and Culture praised General Kim Jong Il as a peerlessly great man and world leader who performed great exploits to be brilliantly recorded in the long history of the Korean revolution.

A congratulatory message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Nepal.
