Women's Patriotic Zeal Vitalizes Construction of Korean-Style Socialism

Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- The noble spirit of the women of our country, who are determined to carry forward the fine custom of a large socialist family and the fine national trait and to be reliable cornerstones supporting the country, is fully being displayed in the struggle for ushering in the era of a comprehensive development of the Korean-style socialism.

After receiving the important letter the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent to the participants in the Seventh Congress of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea in June Juche 110 (2021), over 184,000 women volunteered to work at major socialist construction sites on which the Party calls. They are now working hard for the country's prosperity with clear conscience and devotion.

Amid the ceaseless patriotic deeds of women, more than 24,000 members of the women's union have volunteered to work at honorable posts for socialist construction in the first half of the year alone.
