The system consists of functions of estimating a dangerous place of landslide, early warning, creating forests and building structures to prevent landslide and evaluating economic effectiveness.

The development of the system lays another scientific and technological foundation for protecting the life and security of the people and ensuring sustainable growth of economy in disastrous abnormal weather conditions getting more serious every year.

The introduction of the system into cities and counties will help them exactly understand the degree of danger of a possible landslide in any forest area and give early warning to the landslide-dangerous areas according to a weather forecast so that they can take timely measures to minimize the damage.

Scientists of the Academy of Forest Science direct all their efforts to introducing the system of great practical significance before rainy season.
