The international secretary of the Finnish Communists' League said that Kim Jong Il published the work "On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building" clarifying the leadership role of a revolutionary party and the basic principle of its building at a time when the imperialists' anti-socialist offensive was concentrated on the DPRK, thus providing the progressive parties with the banner of struggle.

The chief and members of the Vienna Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Austria said that Kim Jong Il's work "Theory of Cinematic Art" is an encyclopedia of literature and art in the era of independence which newly clarified and integrally systematized the theoretical and practical issues arising in the building of Juche-oriented literature and art, adding that his Juche-oriented idea and theory are being further developed by Comrade Kim Jong Un.

The director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea explained the keynote of Kim Jong Il's work "Giving Priority to Ideological Work is Essential for Accomplishing Socialism", and praised his wise leadership.

The chairperson of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy and other speakers referred to the main contents of the speech made by Kim Jong Un at the military parade held in celebration of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Members of the Mymensingh Branch of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea said the respected HE Kim Jong Un, in his work "Let Us Brilliantly Accomplish the Revolutionary Cause of Juche, Holding the Great Comrade Kim Jong Il in High Esteem as the Eternal General Secretary of Our Party", clarified that the idea and line of HE Kim Jong Il serve as the eternal guidelines of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean revolution and an ever-victorious banner the validity and vitality of which have been proved in the revolutionary practice.
