Pyongyang, June 24 (KCNA) -- Personages of different countries made public statements on June 19 to mark the 59th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party of Romania, said that with the start of Comrade Kim Jong Il's work at the Party Central Committee, the WPK developed into a party of the leader and an invincible party. Sylvere Boswa Isekombe, general secretary of the Communist Party of the DR Congo, admired Kim Jong Il for having formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as an integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche, proclaimed the modeling of the whole society on Kimilsungism as the supreme programme of the WPK and built the WPK into a genuine motherly party which forms a harmonious whole with the popular masses and serves them, stressing that June 19, 1964 will be recorded forever in the history of the WPK. Marwan Sudah, chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea, Samir Diyab, chief of the Lebanese Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Saber Ballul, former dean of the Political Faculty of University of Damascus of Syria, praised Kim Jong Il's exploits for the history of Juche-oriented revolutionary party building, stressing it would have been unthinkable without him that the WPK defended and glorified the leader's cause of party building despite all storms and cemented the Party's organizational and ideological unity and cohesion centered on the leader. |
