Through the struggle during the first half of the year to provide a decisive guarantee for implementing the five-year plan, the Korean people have keenly realized the immutable truth that there is nothing to fear and there is nothing impossible as long as there are the indomitable offensive spirit holding higher the red flag of revolution, not vacillating or retreating in any storm, and the spirit taking the road of revolution to the last, not stopping halfway.

Successive offensive, uninterrupted progress and innovation are the source of sure victory running through the whole historic course of the Korean revolution and, at the same time, the faith instilled by the respected General Secretary in the hearts of the people.

Continuous innovation and progress and successive offensive are the eternal fighting spirit and fighting true merit of our Party.

The resolutions adopted at the 8th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea constitute the organizational will and practical programme which indicated the orientation of the advance of the Korean revolution.

Only through dynamic advance, uninterrupted innovation and indomitable attack, we can dynamically advance the revolution and fully display the dignity and honor of the state.
