In the statement titled "The Revolutionary Philosophy of the Workers' Party of Korea", he said as follows:

June 19, 1964 is a significant day when Comrade Kim Jong Il, eternal leader of the Workers' Party of Korea, started his work at the Central Committee of the WPK.

In the whole period of leading the WPK, he built it into the party which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses and served them.

He put forward the single-minded unity as the revolutionary philosophy of the WPK and achieved a brilliant victory in socialist construction by dint of it.

Under his leadership, the single-minded unity of the whole society was consolidated into a harmonious whole united with ideology, intention and affection.

The single-minded unity fully demonstrated its vitality in the struggle to frustrate the imperialists' vicious moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK and dynamically advance the socialist construction.

The single-minded unity, the source of invincible strength of the DPRK, is further consolidated by Comrade Kim Jong Un.

The WPK will always emerge victorious.
