They included seminars on exploits, lectures, round-table talks, photo exhibitions and film shows in Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Romania, Spain, Croatia, Serbia, Nigeria, Senegal, Angola, Uganda, Equatorial Guinea, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela between June 13 and 21.

Films shown included the video clips showing the glorious course of the Workers' Party of Korea, the proud appearance of the DPRK and the daily-changing panoramic view of Pyongyang.

The chairperson of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh and other speakers said that it is thanks to the leadership of HE Kim Jong Il that the WPK became a political party realizing the independent ideal of the popular masses without any vacillation despite all sorts of tempests of history.

The chairperson of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee, a member of the Central Committee of the Awami National Party of Pakistan and the chief of the Organization of Women for the Study of Juche Idea in Karachi said that the great Comrade Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the WPK was a historic event in providing a guarantee for the development of the WPK and the victorious advance of socialism.

The international secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the People of Spain said it was the greatest exploit of Comrade Kim Jong Il that he built the WPK into the party leading the revolution to victory without any slightest deviation or flaw.

The chairperson of the Socialist Party of Romania and the secretary general of the Romanian Workers' Association said that the WPK advanced along the road of victory and prosperity in the face of any storm and stress and became a model and beacon of hope for the world progressive political parties under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Il.

Personages of the People's Socialist Party of Nepal, the Workers' Party for the Independence of Senegal, the Socialist Party of Senegal, the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola and the Brazilian Communist Party praised Kim Jong Il for having developed the WPK into an ever-victorious party, an invincible party which achieved the steel-strong unity and cohesion and a motherly party taking care of the destiny of the people in a responsible manner.
