The chairperson of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia said that Chairman Kim Jong Il put forward the Juche idea as the guiding idea of the Party and thoroughly applied it to the revolution and construction from the first day of his work at the Central Committee of the WPK. Under his energetic leadership the WPK turned into the integral whole most transparent in ideology and achieved the firm unity of its ranks, the chairperson noted.
