Soldier-builders have continued to register good results in the interior and exterior construction of hundreds of flats after completing their framework in a short span of time.

The construction units at all levels provided a guarantee for speeding up the construction by applying the materials- and labor-saving methods. They are channeling efforts into correctly identifying the shortcomings and their causes in the construction and taking scientific measures.

Amid growing enthusiasm of the solider-builders across the construction sites, the frame work for hundreds of flats was completed in Kumgol, Taehung and other parts of the area in a week after the 8th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and a large infrastructure project is proceeding at the final stage.
