Pyongyang Municipality launched the rural housing construction in a big way after making full preparations on the basis of last year's successes and experience.

Nampho Municipality has registered high results in the construction project.

Officials and working people in North Phyongan and North Hwanghae provinces have widely introduced various innovative construction methods, reinforced building-materials production bases and made progress in improving the quality of various building materials and increasing their varieties.

The rural housing construction has been sped up in Jagang, South Hwanghae, North and South Hamgyong and Kangwon provinces, and Kaesong Municipality, too.
