Ri Ryong Nam said that the DPRK would further develop the friendly and cooperative relations in conformity with the important common understanding achieved by the leaders of the two parties and two countries and strengthen the strategic cooperation and tactical collaboration between the two sides in conformity with the spirit and mission of the treaty.

He expressed the belief that the Chinese people would make great progress in their work for successfully attaining the second century target of struggle, building a socialist modernized state in a comprehensive way and realizing the prosperity of the Chinese nation under the leadership of the CPC with Xi Jinping as its core, true to the resolution of the 20th CPC Congress.

Peng Qinghua said that the China-DPRK relations have entered a new historic period and are developing along with the era under the care of the leaders of the two parties and the two countries, adding that ever-stronger political trust between the two sides and their support and cooperation in international arenas fully show the invincibility and viability of the traditional China-DPRK friendship.

Saying that as a friendly socialist neighbor, China as ever supports the DPRK's advance along the road of development in conformity with its actual conditions, he sincerely wished the Workers' Party and people of Korea fresh and bigger successes in socialist construction.
