70th Anniversary of War Victory Medal Conferred on War Veterans and Persons of Wartime Merits

| Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the war victory, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK decided to award the 70th Anniversary of the Fatherland Liberation War Victory Medal to 9,296 war veterans and persons of wartime merits who performed immortal feats in the war and have glorified every decade of the revolution with their loyalty and patriotism. A relevant decree of the SPA Standing Committee was issued on July 1. |
