It is our Party's outlook on development that the whole society should be developed simultaneously. Its idea is that it is more important for all the sectors to advance 10 meters together rather than for a certain sector to advance 100 meters ahead of others.

In order to firmly defend the interests and security environment of the state and put the overall development of Korean-style socialism on a new higher stage, it is necessary to put forward all sectors of the country as the forefront and outpost for defending socialism and definitely ensure their balanced development.

When all sectors and units of the country are smoothly developed together, we can accelerate the building of a powerful socialist country more rapidly and dynamically with our remarkably increased strength, our internal driving force.

The conditions are unfavorable and the tasks to be carried out are enormous, but our country will surely and definitely ensure unity and durability in all aspects as there are the wise leadership of the great Party and the united strength of the people closely rallied around it.
