Attending it were Chairman Ho Jong Man, First Vice-Chairman and concurrently Director of the Organizational Department Pak Ku Ho, vice-chairpersons of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, directors of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, members of the Central Committee of Chongryon and its organizations at all level and members of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon.

The national anthem of the DPRK was played.

Pak Ku Ho made a report at the meeting.

He said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a letter "Let Us Open a New Era of Rejuvenation of Chongryon by Enlisting the Inexhaustible Strength of the Compatriots of Various Social Strata" to the participants in the 25th Congress of Chongryon and thus made sure that Chongryon started a dynamic advance towards ushering in the new era of the overall development of the movement of Koreans in Japan and of prosperity of Chongryon.

He called upon all officials, activists and compatriots of Chongryon to confidently put the overall patriotic work on a high-pitched track this significant year by firmly uniting in one mind in order to thoroughly implement the tasks set forth in the important letter sent by Kim Jong Un.

Speeches were made at the meeting. Then, Ho Jong Man made a closing address.

The report was adopted as a decision of the Central Committee of Chongryon at the meeting.

The participants heard a report on the examination of qualifications, and members of the Central Committee of Chongryon were dismissed and by-elected.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
