Present there were officials, teachers, researchers and others from more than 10 units including Kim Il Sung University, Pyongyang University of Architecture, the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry and the Tanchon Power Station Construction Division.

Submitted to the presentation were more than 50 valuable papers which were studied and completed by our scientists and technicians through their thinking and pursuit, true to the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea on pushing forward the preparations for the second-stage waterway tunnel of the Tanchon Power Station.

Such suggestions as the study of the design of pressure waterway tunnel and the geological survey of waterway tunnel construction were highly appreciated.
