Forest Restoration and Land Management Reviewed
|Pyongyang, July 26 (KCNA) -- A meeting of reviewing the first half-year work for forest restoration and the general mobilization for land management was held at the Cabinet of the DPRK on Monday through video conference.
Present there were Kim Tok Hun, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, O Su Yong, secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, and other senior Party and government officials, officials of the Cabinet, commissions, ministries, national institutions, provincial, city and county Party and power organs and officials in relevant sectors.
A report on the first half-year work for the forest restoration and the general mobilization for land management was made at the meeting.
The report said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un indicated the orientation and ways for improving the work for forest restoration and land management on several occasions and led them.
The report appreciated the successes made in the first half-year work for forest restoration and the general mobilization for land management, true to the plan and intention of Kim Jong Un, and reviewed a series of shortcomings and lessons revealed in the work.
The meeting stressed the need for all officials to fulfill their responsibility and duty in the struggle to turn the country into a socialist fairyland and a golden tapestry in the era of the Workers' Party.
