The reporter said that Kim Jong Un personally initiated the new construction of the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery at the foot of picturesque Mt Sokbak on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the war victory and energetically led the work to successfully complete the cemetery.

The successful construction of the cemetery helped add shine to the heroic feats performed by the martyrs of the People's Army during the hard-fought war, and the people, service personnel, youth and children are firmly carrying forward the indomitable spirit of defending the country displayed by the heroic soldiers in the 1950s, he said.

He stressed the need for the officials and employees of the management office to more deeply grasp the immortal exploits President Kim Il Sung performed in winning the victory in the war and fulfill their responsibility and duty in implanting the noble spirit of the participants in the Fatherland Liberation War in the hearts of the successors and inheritors of the revolution.
