Present there were Kim Min Sop, vice-minister of National Defence of the DPRK, Im Chon Il, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, members of the Russian military delegation and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.

A floral basket in the name of the Russian defence minister was placed before the statues of the great leaders.

The participants paid tribute to the statues of the great leaders with boundless reverence for the peerlessly great men who made immortal contributions to the steady development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence with their outstanding idea, leadership and noble benevolence.
