A wreath in the name of the Russian defence minister was placed at the Liberation Tower amid the playing of the wreath-laying music.

The participants paid tribute to the martyrs of the Soviet Army who unsparingly dedicated their lives to the sacred war for Korea's liberation in the noble internationalist spirit.

Then they went round the Liberation Tower.
