Grass-cutting Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, July 29 (KCNA) -- Officials and working people in the agricultural field of the DPRK, who have turned out in the work to carry out the resolutions of the plenary meetings of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, are directing their efforts to cutting and gathering much more grass.

The Agricultural Commission and agricultural guidance organs in provinces, cities and counties are making full preparations for next year's farming while stepping up this year's grain production. Manpower and means are concentrated on the immediate grass-cutting.

The officials and working people have pushed ahead with the production of green manure, fully aware of its significance and importance in enhancing the soil fertility.
