The municipality directed primary efforts to sprucing up the Waudo Pleasure Ground, the bathing beach of the West Sea Barrage and the water park of the Ryonggang Folklore Park which are associated with the undying leadership exploits of the peerlessly great men.

Cultural recreation grounds suited to the natural scenery were built at Waudo, the West Sea Barrage and the Ryonggang Folklore Park to provide the people with happier and more cultured living environment.

Officials in the municipality are now striving to do more good things for the people.
