Chinese Party and Government Delegation Leaves Pyongyang
Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- The party and government delegation of the People's Republic of China (PRC) headed by Li Hongzhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the PRC, left Pyongyang on Saturday after attending the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

Present at Pyongyang International Airport to see off the delegation were Kim Song Nam, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Kang Yun Sok, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, Mun Song Hyok, vice department director of the C.C., WPK, Pak Myong Ho, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who is chairman of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, and Wang Yajun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.

The plane carrying the goodwill mission of the Chinese people took off amid the warm send-off by citizens in the capital city of Pyongyang with flags of the two countries and bouquets in their hands.
