In South Hwanghae Province, provincial and city and county power transmission and distribution stations take necessary measures to prevent the equipment at outdoor transformer substations from being overheated by a temperature rise, making linemen enhance their responsibility and role so that they can find and repair any defective parts in good time.

Similar steps were taken by power transmission and distribution units in Pyongyang Municipality, Ryanggang and South Phyongan provinces and other regions of the country.
