Present there were members of the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Committee to Support the Reunification of Korea, representatives of political parties, organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people and organizations for the study of the Juche idea in the Latin American region including Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru and Panama.

Congratulatory messages from the DPRK and friendship and solidarity organizations of different countries were introduced and the first vice-chairperson of the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Committee to Support the Reunification of Korea who doubles as the general secretary of the C.C., People's Socialist Party of Mexico made a keynote report at the seminar.

The reporter paid high tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Leader Kim Jong Il, who defeated the U.S. imperialists to provide the tradition of eternal victory and glorified it, and extended warm greetings to H.E. Kim Jong Un, who is steadily carrying forward the ever-victorious history of Juche Korea, on the occasion of the war victory day.

The Korean War clearly showed the heroism of the DPRK before the world and taught the iron truth of history that those who infringe upon the sovereignty of a country will only face a miserable defeat, the report said, adding:

The DPRK's tradition of victory created by President Kim Il Sung and carried forward by Leader Kim Jong Il is shining more brilliantly as a powerful ideological and moral weapon of the Korean revolution thanks to respected H.E. Kim Jong Un.

It is the greatest honor of the Korean People's Army to hold the ever-victorious brilliant commanders in high esteem, and herein lies the fundamental source of the Juche-oriented powerful revolutionary army winning only victories.
