Saying that the courageous advance and rosy future of the Korean people and the glorious prestige and dignity of the DPRK are linked with the exploits of the peerlessly great men who put the DPRK on the status of a world power and defended peace and security of the Korean peninsula and the world, the appeal stressed:

1. Let us add eternal glory to the immortal exploits performed by the great President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and His Excellency Kim Jong Un in the ever-victorious history of Juche Korea!

Let us give wide publicity to the exploits of the great President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and H.E. Kim Jong Un for the building of the revolutionary armed forces and a political and military power and for the cause of peace in the Korean peninsula and the world!

2. Let us positively support the just cause of the Korean people to frustrate the war provocations of the U.S. and its followers escalating tensions on the Korean peninsula through frantic war drills and to ensure regional peace and security!

Let us vehemently denounce and reject the war moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet military group which are still threatening regional peace and security, brandishing nuclear sticks to stifle the DPRK, far from drawing a lesson from their defeat in the war in the 1950s!

Let us positively support the DPRK government's peace-loving stand and the DPRK's struggle to defend its territory and its people and self-existence from the imperialist's violence and ensure global peace and security!

The appeal called upon the organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people in different countries to give wide publicity to the indomitable struggle of the Korean people who are demonstrating the might of a dignified independent power by dint of the single-minded unity, and fulfill their responsibility for developing friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK.
