National Mass Literature Prize Contest Underway in DPRK

| Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- A national mass literature prize contest is going on in the DPRK with its 75th founding anniversary as an occasion, amid the deep interest and expectation of amateur writers, members of literary circles and literary enthusiasts. The Central Committee of the Writers Union of Korea organized the contest. Amateur writers, members of literary circles and lovers of literature contributed their works of various themes and forms, including novels, poems and lyrics. The contributed works are being examined by experts. The excellent works selected from the prize contest will be carried in various publications. |
