Foreign Personages Pay Congratulatory Visits to DPRK Missions
Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- Personages of government organs, political parties, organizations and institutions in different countries visited the DPRK missions in their countries on July 20-27 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and art pieces depicting them standing together and bowed to them.

Among the visitors were a deputy to the State Duma of Russia, the mayor of Artyom City in the Maritime Territory of Russia, the chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Bangladesh, the chairperson of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh National Socialist Party, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Bangladeshi Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the chairman of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee, the chairperson of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, and members of the Laos-Korea Friendship Association, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Democratic Congo, the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, the Mexico-DPRK Friendship Parliamentary Group and the Brazilian Communist Party.

Members of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola, too, visited the DPRK mission to mark the V-Day

Meanwhile, the Beijing International Cultural Development Center for China-DPRK Friendship and other units of China sent floral baskets to the DPRK mission in this country on July 27, the 70th anniversary of the war victory.
