Its officials have steadily improved the management to make the biggest profit and applied new ways for rationally using economic levers.

In July, the factory carried out its production plan on all indices more than 110 percent by strengthening its own technical force and introducing new technologies. Its workers are making achievements at every workshop in August, too.

The factory is now pushing ahead with both production and modernization. The factory completed foundation work, earth removal and framework work for several buildings and has stepped up the roofing and plastering work.
