The polymerization shop remodeled its cultural information room and laid a solid material and technical foundation through construction of a stockbreeding base covering an area of hundreds of square meters, fish farm and mushroom production base.

The shop has over-fulfilled its national economic plan every year and won the Twice Three-Revolution Red Flag and the Twice No. 26 Model Machine Prize.

The caustic soda shop, which kindled the flame of the mass technological innovation movement, has contributed to increasing production by raising its employees' level of technical skill and developing valuable technical innovation plans.

The Industrial Technology Institute under the complex realized the local production and recycling of raw and other materials and made some valuable achievements in the polymerization process.

Officials and workers at other shops of the complex, too, are making progress in implementing the resolutions of the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee.
