Primary information workers of the battalions of Party members from national institutions and South Hamgyong Province, involved in the construction project, have carried on the introduction of innovators in a mobile way through news flash boards and congratulatory broadcastings.

Encouraged by revolutionary and vigorous songs and stirring agitation performed by itinerant art squads from Pyongyang and Nampho municipalities, the builders have carried out their daily plans without fail.

Such agitation campaign conducted by many units inspiringly arouses the Party members involved in the construction project to the implementation of the Party policies.

Taking part in the campaign are also extra-official lecturers in Ryanggang Province and artistes of provincial art troupes and squads. They are giving strength and courage to the Party members out in the struggle to implement the great programme for the socialist rural development.
