More than 700 schoolchildren from across the country gave various performances in the period between Aug. 13 and 20.

The contest, which began with the welcome to the builders going to the construction site, further encouraged the spirit and zeal of the builders adding luster to the great honor of the young Korean people in constructing a new modern street, which will write another proud page in the annals of the youth movement of our country, bearing in mind the great trust and expectation of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The art squads revved up the mood in the construction site through a women's chorus "Marshal Kim Jong Un Is Our Father", a real story-telling "Yearning", instrumental music and serial songs "Youth Is Express Train", etc.

Filled on the faces of senior middle schools, who were enthusiastically playing supple and vigorous band music pieces while changing their forms, were their patriotic zeal to do their bit, small as it maybe, to spruce up the capital of their dear country.

Encouraged by the schoolchildren's motivation, the builders made collective innovations in carrying out their assignments.
