Expressed at the 53rd candlelight rally and demonstration for the resignation of traitor Yoon Suk Yeol staged in Seoul on August 19 was the will of people from all walks of life to eliminate the traitor without fail, prevent the national disaster and achieve peace.

Attending the rally and demonstration were a large number of people of social strata from the whole region of the south Korean puppets including workers, peasants, the poor, students, citizens and religionists.

In different parts of Seoul, organizations held meetings including "the meeting for ousting Yoon Suk Yeol, a traitor and fuse of war".

Speakers said that Yoon Suk Yeol patronized aggressor Japan and branded the activists for democratization and human rights as "traitors" and "Reds" on August 15, adding that even though the U.S. and Japan called the East Sea of Korea the "Sea of Japan" and claimed that Tok Island "belongs to Japan", Yoon did not say a word and protest against them.

They noted that Yoon declared the triangular alliance and war alliance in the U.S. and opened an official way for Japan to interfere in the internal affairs of the south Korean puppets, bringing humiliation upon himself for the dying U.S. hegemony.

Then, the 53rd candlelight rally was held on the theme of "Resignation of Yoon Suk Yeol who offered the south-north relations as a sacrifice for the triangular alliance".

Saying that Yoon Suk Yeol joined the triangular alliance for the U.S. and Japan, the danger of war has grown on the Korean peninsula and he poured oil into burning candlelight, speakers called for struggling holding candlelights with witch they drove out Park Geun Hye.

The participants held a ceremony of tearing down the ugly-color of traitor Yoon Suk Yeol and suspension poster reading the letters "traitor".

Enraged at traitor Yoon's "address for celebrating August 15," the organizations expressed their stand at press conferences and commentaries, and launched the struggle against the triangular alliance and the struggle for ousting the traitor.

The "Candlelight Action", the People's Action and the Confederation of Trade Unions said that Yoon Suk Yeol in his "celebration address" on the day of Korea's liberation from the Japanese imperialists, emasculated the history of the Japanese imperialists' aggression, praised Japan and insulted the forces of the movement for democracy and reunification as "Reds" and forced the people to be hostile toward the north.

Such voices as "Halt to the triangular alliance calling for a war", "Lackey of Japan Yoon Suk Yeol" and "Let us oust and impeach Yoon Suk Yeol!" are bursting out in Seoul and other parts every day.

Media reported that the people from all walks of life were determined to carry on the candlelight actions for the resignation of Yoon Suk Yeol even though it is very cold and very hot under the titles "Yoon Suk Yeol, the lackey of the U.S. and Japan" and "The new era of the triangular alliance would lead to the end of Yoon Suk Yeol's regime" and that it is the unanimous conclusion of the candlelight demonstrators that there is nothing but the resignation of Yoon Suk Yeol in order to prevent the danger of a nuclear war.
