Minju Joson Thursday says in an article that the incident was an intended and deliberate massacre of Koreans committed by Japan in the extension of its policy of obliterating the Korean nation from A to Z.

However, the Japanese government has not yet even tried to confirm the correct number of the people who died of ship sinking, their addresses and identities. Instead, it is making desperate efforts to cover up the truth behind the explosion incident which is a clear-cut crime.

Japan is denying and embellishing the crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists in the past including the incident while resorting to the distortion of history and the moves to become a military giant.

Further enraging the Korean nation is Japan's act of sharpening the sword of reinvasion while persistently shunning its apology and reparation for the bloody past crimes.

The Korean people will have their bitter grudge settled at any cost by giving vent to the pent-up anger.
