The reporter said that President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the provincial art troupe in August Juche 62 (1973) and watched a revolutionary opera "Women of a Village on the Bank of the Nam", praising it as a work of great educational significance.

The President and the Chairman indicated the orientation and ways for completing it into a Sea of Blood-type revolutionary opera and appreciated the creators and artistes of the troupe for their successes, and showed warm loving care for the troupe, including the supply of gift musical instruments to it, the reporter noted.

The reporter called upon the officials, creators and artistes of the troupe to fulfill their mission and duty as an art creation group boundlessly loyal to the idea and leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Then there was a performance of the revolutionary opera "Women of a Village on the Bank of the Nam" recreated by the Kangwon Provincial Art Troupe.
