An all-people rally was held in Seoul on August 26 to check the discharge of nuclear-polluted water into the sea and punish traitor Yoon, accomplice.

Taking part in it were members of opposition parties, labor, civic and public organizations, including the Confederation of Trade Unions, the People's Action, the Candlelight Action, the "Joint Action against Discharge of Fukushima Nuclear-polluted Water into Sea", the Minju Party, the Jongui (justice) Party, and more than 50 000 citizens.

Speakers charged that Japan crossed the red line and its discharge of nuclear-polluted water is little short of declaring a war against all the nations and regions in the Pacific, saying that Japan is going to ignite again the Pacific war in which it invaded and killed the whole of mankind at the point of the bayonet.

They noted that Yoon Suk Yeol, who would have to oppose Japan's discharge of nuclear-polluted water, sympathized with it finally, they would call to task him for bringing a worldwide disaster and the time for his punishment will come nearer.

Then a resolution was read out at the rally.

Saying that the Pacific is not a dustbin for Japan's nuclear-polluted water, the resolution stated that they would wage a vigorous struggle with all means until Japan stops discharging the nuclear-polluted water into the sea.

The 54th candlelight rally and demonstration took place on a wide scale to oust traitor Yoon Suk Yeol.

Workers, peasants, poor, citizens, students, religionists and other people gathered at the venue of the rally.

Saying that they became to suffer nuclear disaster from the U.S. and Japan due to Yoon Suk Yeol, speakers expressed their will to fight to the last and demanded foolish Yoon disregarding the lives and safety of the people oust.

At the end of the candlelight rally, its participants marched toward the U.S. and Japanese embassies to protest against Japan which started to dischage nuclear-polluted water into the sea and against the U.S. and traitor Yoon openly supporting it.

Meanwhile, organizations of various circles, including the "Seoul Situation Council for Punishing Yoon Suk Yeol Regime", the Movement Headquarters for Resignation of the Yoon Suk Yeol Regime and the "Joint Action for Checking Discharge of Fukushima Nuclear-polluted Water into Sea", went on emergency actions in Seoul, Pusan and other areas on August 24 to check Japan's discharge of Fukushima nuclear-polluted water.

Through rallies, press conferences and statements, its participants denounced Japan as a criminal state doing harm to people of other countries and regions for its own interests.

Civic and public organizations in Pusan, Taegu and other areas held rallies to condemn Japan's discharge of nuclear-polluted water.

Media said that people from all walks of life, enraged by Japan's discharge of nuclear-polluted water into the sea, are carrying on candlelight struggle and other practical actions to check the discharge and they are getting more angry at Yoon Suk Yeol who left their lives and security to the mercy of the U.S. and Japan.
