In August Juche 52 (1963), the President and the Chairman gave field guidance to various farms in Anak, Jaeryong, Sinchon, Pyoksong and Paechon counties and Haeju City and the Paechon Rice Research Branch of the Rice Research Institute of the Academy of Agricultural Science, clearly indicating the tasks and ways for developing agriculture.

Not only the people of South Hwanghae Province but others across the country still remember the President's visit to the Yonbaek Plain 30 years ago and his teachings on doing farming well.

There took place meetings to mark the 60th anniversary of the field guidance of the President and the Chairman and the 30th anniversary of the field guidance of the President respectively on the spots.
