The chief of the Belarusian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK said that the DPRK has fully demonstrated its might as a world-class military power under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un reliably carrying forward the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar in Nepal.
