Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Vietnam, provided by the preceding leaders and developed into special, comradely and strategic ones under the deep care of the top leaders of the two countries, would steadily grow stronger in the future, too, the message wished the Vietnamese people bigger success in their struggle for the economic development of the country and the improvement of the people's standard of living.
