Officials worked out a detailed plan for manufacturing and completing efficient farm machines in a short span of time and encouraged the emulation among different workshops.

The plant introduced various kinds of jigs and equipment and readjusted and reinforced equipment. And it ensured that workers and technicians strictly meet the requirements of design and give precedence to the production of prototypes in close contact with relevant units, thus sharing and generalizing good experience.
