The message wished the Vietnamese foreign minister greater success in his work, expressing belief that mutual cooperation between foreign ministries of the two countries will get closer in developing the bilateral relations in conformity with the spirit of the agreement that was reached at the historic Hanoi summit in March 2019 and in strengthening support and cooperation in the international arena.
