The union encouraged the writers to produce works of great cognitive and educational significance in cultivating the revolutionary spirit, the patriotic spirit of the people.

Consequently, lots of works were produced such as full-length novel "What Is Life" (Part 1), short novel "Daughter", short authentic novel "Descendant of the Family with Zelkova".

Those works are stirring up the zeal of the people out in patriotic work for the eternal prosperity of the socialist country and the well-being of the people.

The union has also brought out essays and occasional notes to make positive contribution to the education in patriotism among the people.
