| Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Dr. Arif Alvi, president of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, on August 31. The message said: Excellency, It gives me great pleasure to convey warm felicitations on the occasion of 75th Foundation Day of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Pakistan and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea enjoy close and cordial ties, based on shared goodwill and mutual respect. I am confident that our relations will flourish in the times ahead.
