Peasant Dancing Party Held
|Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- A peasant dancing party of agricultural workers was held in Sariwon City on September 7 to celebrate the 75th birthday of the DPRK.
The dancing party began with narration and group dance "Song of the Proclamation of the People's Republic". The performers well represented the pride and joy of greeting the significant founding anniversary of the DPRK, which was founded by the intention of the people and has advanced thanks to the ardent sincerity of the people.
The audience was filled with deep emotion, recollecting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who put forward the peasants as masters of the country and land and always found themselves among the agricultural workers and made them sing peasant songs of happiness on the socialist farm fields.
Songs reflecting boundless reverence for the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is demonstrating to the world the prestige and dignity of the DPRK and ushering in a new era of the development of the Korean-style socialist rural communities resounded at the dancing venue one after another.
The choral recitation and group dance "The Masters of This Land Tell" represented the pledge of agricultural workers to defend the Party and the revolution with grain production.
Among the audience were Ri Il Hyok, secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Yong Chol and Kil Sang Bong, vice-chairmen of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, officials concerned, officials of the Union of Agricultural Workers, agricultural workers and Sariwon citizens.
