Russian Army Academic Song and Dance Ensemble Arrives in Pyongyang

| Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- The Russian Army Academic Song and Dance Ensemble Named after Alexandrov arrived in Pyongyang on Thursday to visit the DPRK on the occasion of its 75th founding anniversary. Present at Pyongyang International Airport to greet the ensemble were Kim Min Sop, vice-minister of National Defence of the DPRK, Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture and other officials concerned and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and Valeri Isaenko, military attache of the Russian embassy. A woman soldier gave a bouquet to the head of the ensemble. The Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK hosted a reception at Yanggakdo International Hotel in welcome of the ensemble that evening. |
