The message said:

On behalf of the Vietnamese party, state and people, we extend the warmest congratulations to you and, through you, to the Korean party, state and people on the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

We are pleased with the successes achieved by the Korean state and people over the past 75 years, including the recent effective anti-epidemic work and the recovery of socio-economic growth.

We are convinced that the Korean people would continue to register bigger and fresh successes in the cause of building and developing a thriving nation and improving the people's living standard under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by General Secretary Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs.

Vietnam always attaches importance to the traditional friendly relations between Vietnam and the DPRK, personally provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and cultivated with much care by the leaders of several generations and peoples, and hopes to develop them more substantially and effectively.
